Event Type:Powderhorn Ski Mountaineering Race
The Powderhorn Ski Mountaineering race is Sunday, January 13th. Tentative start time is 8am, complete registration and course information to come throughout the Fall. This race makes a perfect Western Slope race weekend coming the day after the Sunlight Mt. race which is only an hour and twenty minutes away.
Powderhorn Ski Area will also be hosting wednesday morning training races this winter, so get your gear and plan on great workout before work. And if it snows, stay for a few few runs after the race.

Pre-registration info to come. Walk-up registration and number pick-up will be available at Pine Needle in Durango on Friday afternoon as well as Chapman Hill; day of registration and number pickup will be available at the start/finish EZ-UP at Wolf Creek. Racers are strongly encouraged to pre-register (and race) the Friday night before in Durango at Chapman Hill.
